Quality and safety combined

We play it safe at LUVOBATCH^® and LUVOADD. This starts with comprehensive examination of arriving raw materials and extends to careful storage through to material testing during production. Depending on the material, the residue, bulk density and moisture, for example, are checked regularly.

We of course also carry out final material tests depending on the type of product and production process, which include DSC, TGA, fire tests according to UL94, LOI, DIN 4102 B2 as well as density determination. Thanks to our batch tracing, test and delivery processes can be reconstructed at any time.

If required we can provide you with detailed certificates of analysis for our masterbatches and additives if required – so that you and your customers know how much quality goes into our products.
