Laboratory and technical center: The art of establishing facts
As a business unit of Lehmann&Voss&Co., LUVOBATCH® and LUVOADD use the state-of-the-art laboratories and analysis facilities offered by the company. A wide range of test facilities are available for testing, developing new customer formulations, and for quality control.
We run test productions and test series in our own technical center for optimizing formulations and testing new additives and masterbatches. All parameters that are critical in terms of the quality of the desired product are clarified. The technical center is equipped with different machines for plastics processing, including a double-screw extruder, an injection molding machine, and a blown film line.
We can therefore simulate applications close to real conditions and optimize them where necessary – an important additional service within our application consultancy.
