Masterbatches – one source solution

There are virtually no limits with injection molding when it comes to designing plastic parts. But the material properties also have to be right. Depending on the application, LUVOBATCH^® processes different polymers, from standard plastics to technical plastics. We use additives strategically to lend the extrusion and injection molding parts the required properties, for example to improve flame retardancy or antistatic qualities. This allows us to achieve precisely the result the customer wants: whether an automotive part, cable sheathing, or resilient plastic packaging.
