Hot melts

Resealable packaging not only offers consumers convenience, it also enables food to stay fresh for longer. The repeated peeling off and resealing of film is enabled by hot melts, which are extruded in a thin layer during film production.

In cooperation with the European subsidiary of the Japanese Mitsui Group, LUVOBATCH^® has developed a hotmelt series called MLTACK^®. The series consists of products that are easy to store and process, yet demonstrate excellent reclose properties in multi-layer film structures. These products are ideally used in blown-film technology in combination with PE, PP, or PET. The low MFI allows simple and stable processing even in complex film structures.

All MLTACK^®products are suitable for use in food applications and are approved for use in the food industry.
